Emotional Intelligence and Empathy

This programme is aimed for staff who would like to develop their leadership competencies to lead with enhanced emotional intelligence to inspire and maintain a productive relationship.
The programme should provide staff with practical tools and insights to increase self-awareness and communication style to apply high level of emotional intelligence and empathy in their interactions with others.
Participants should be able to:
- Build self-awareness, develop the core emotional intelligence competencies and practice empathy and assertiveness.
- Understand own and different personality traits, and different team dynamics to be able to leverage on the strength and manage the limitations.
- Adopt collaborative, inclusive, and creative communication style to motivate and lead team members towards achieving organizational goals
