Resilience in the Workplace

This course is requested for Individuals who are keen to discover more about themselves and equip self with emotional and social skills to increase own resiliency.
The programme aims to develop staff at different levels to develop their skills to adapt, lead with courage and conviction through challenging situations.
The programme will focus on initiating and increasing staff’s self-awareness, emotional intelligence and develop strategies to build resiliencies in self and others; to overcome conflicts, uncertainties, and stressful situation.
Participants should also be provided with insights to how the heart and mind influences self and others and practical stress management techniques.
Desired outcomes
Participants should be able to:
- Understand and examine personal and professional implication of resilience to develop strategies for performance and wellbeing.
- Prioritise mental wellbeing, manage emotions and role model behaviour to foster wellness.
- Build habits which cultivate positivity and discover meaning in adversity.
- Recognise and celebrate growth, and commit to continuous improvement to motivate self, team members, and increase engagement.
